Funded projects and clients with limited or no upfront budget are welcome to request a review. Scope, compensation and any partnership terms must be agreed before work begins.

See a practical example
An established business wants capital to expand capacity. We help explain the demand, expansion costs, projected cash flows and risks so prospective investors can evaluate the case.
Start with an assessment, then discuss the level of direct support your organization needs. We welcome funded projects and requests from individuals or organizations with limited or no upfront budget.
01 / ASSESS & PRIORITIZE
A focused business assessment
Understand current operations, identify growth and expansion options, and receive a roadmap for the agreed scope. Your team can use the findings to decide what to pursue next.
Discuss: objectives, information needed, deliverables, timeline and assessment fees.
02 / WORK ALONGSIDE YOUR TEAM
Temporary or contracted strategists
Bring specialized strategy support into your organization for a defined assignment or contract period. Agree the team, working arrangements and responsibilities for planning, coordination and progress reviews.
Discuss: capacity, duration, milestones, reporting, fees and handover.
03 / EXPLORE A SHARED BUSINESS PATH
A potential strategic partnership
Where the business case and interests align, explore a separately negotiated partnership with SPI&I Global Corp. Describe your opportunity, resources and contribution, even if you cannot fund standard fees upfront.
Discuss: contributions, responsibilities, compensation, ownership if applicable, decision rights and exit arrangements.
Commercial arrangements may include standard fees, phased payments, deferred compensation linked to future business returns, or an agreed business partnership or equity arrangement. These are possibilities for discussion, not automatic payment plans or offers of funding.
SPI&I reviews feasibility, resources, risks and fit before accepting an engagement. Deferred compensation and partnership proposals require appropriate professional review and a separate written agreement defining the work, payment conditions and responsibilities. Future returns, growth, funding and acceptance are not guaranteed; a submission does not authorize work or transfer ownership.
Already have a business? Let’s prepare its investment story.
You do not need a full consulting engagement to ask for capital-readiness support. Start with your funding objective, current materials and the use of funds.
We review your business, funding needs and readiness, then agree the work needed.
2. Build and rehearse the investor deck
Develop the narrative, market case, model assumptions, use of funds and risks. Practice the pitch and questions.
3. Seek approval for investor review
With your permission and subject to suitability and applicable requirements, SPI&I can help present the opportunity to its investor network or consider a SEEDing pitch meeting.
4. Consider investor-portal placement
Approved opportunities may be posted by an authorized admin after owner consent, documentation and eligibility review. Track interest and coordinate the next conversation.
An assessment is not an investment offering or authorization to share your information. Introductions, pitch slots, portal placement and funding are not guaranteed. Any offering, terms and investment-related compensation require separate review and agreements.
STRATEGIC BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS
A shared opportunity. A conversation worth starting.
You may have a promising business, land, expertise, market access or an operating team—but need a strategic partner to move forward. Tell us what you need from SPI&I and what you can bring to the partnership.
Funded projects and proposals with limited or no upfront budget are welcome for review.
1. Propose the partnership
Explain your goals, the support you need, your contribution and the terms you would like to discuss.
2. Receive a considered response
The team can request more information, accept in principle, propose alternative terms or decline with feedback.
3. Define a practical next step
Discuss feasibility, responsibilities, compensation and milestones before agreeing any engagement.
Every proposal is reviewed individually. Submission or acceptance in principle does not create a partnership, authorize work or guarantee funding or returns. Final terms require a separate written agreement.
