How SPI&I helps.

Choose the right gathering
Review confirmed dates, format, location and participation terms on the public calendar. UR-HUB focuses on resources and supply; SEEDing focuses on business pitches; sponsored sessions state their purpose and sponsor.

Tell the team how you want to participate
Register to attend, request supplier participation at UR-HUB, request a SEEDing presenter slot or make a sponsor inquiry. Introduce your organization and objectives.

Complete the participation review
SPI&I reviews supplier, presenter and sponsor requests and follows up about fit, availability, preparation, documents and any applicable fees. A submitted request is not automatic slot approval.

Prepare for the next conversation
Agree the participation scope with the team. Suppliers can prepare product information; presenters may need deck support; prospective partners can clarify the objective and responsibilities of their involvement.

Start with a summary. Sensitive documents should be shared only after the team agrees the appropriate confidentiality and access arrangements.

What this could look like.
A supplier finds a relevant UR-HUB event and describes its product range and target markets. SPI&I reviews the request and discusses whether and how the supplier can participate.
This is a service example, not a past-client success story or a guaranteed outcome.Do I need a platform account to register?
No. Public event registration is available without a portal account. Registration details remain in the protected team inbox.
What if no upcoming event is listed?
Only confirmed events published by admins appear. Contact SPI&I to discuss interest; no date or participation slot is reserved until the team confirms it.
Does SEEDing registration commit me to invest?
No. Attendance or presenter interest is not an investment commitment or a guarantee that capital will be raised.
No event payment is collected on this platform. Supplier space, presentation slots, sponsorship terms and commercial outcomes require separate confirmation.
